We treat each of our customers as an individual, tailoring the homebuying process to make life as easy and stress-free as possible. Initiatives include providing the services of a handyman to fit curtain tracks, shelves and pictures, fitting an individual key box so we can gain access to undertake any works when our purchaser is unavailable. For any problems during the “running in” stage we provide a 24 hour emergency helpline to resolve issues quickly with “no fuss” compensation for any missed appointments.
